Evoke Energy Yoga is a revitalizing and nourishing discovery-based yoga practice accessible to all backgrounds & body types.

Evoke Energy Yoga infuses a conscious collection of eastern and energy medicine healing practices into Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra to relieve pain, stress, anxiety, gain focus and improve sleep.

The Evoke methodology uses awareness of divine sensation in the physical body as an anchor and entry point for exploring the micro-sensory layers of the subtle energy body.

Through breathwork and meditation, sacred stillness, this sensitivity attunement grounds the charge of the central nervous system which facilitates optimal parasympathetic health for profound and lasting physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Evoke classes, workshops, immersions & retreats are consciously created to call forth your innate inner power and healing wisdom.

Evoke immersions offers both students and yoga teachers, an opportunity to expand their knowledge and experience of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and energy-based healing practices and teach based on the Baptiste Power Yoga Methodology. This delivery framework supports teachers to purposefully and masterfully shape the energy in their classrooms in ways that leave students feeling revitalized nourished, and empowered.


 
 

Energy is all there is.

Everything in the universe is made of energy vibrating at different frequencies, and we can channel this life force to stimulate the body’s ability to heal itself.  As vessels for divine grace, we are the faucet, not the water and when we open the tap through the application of balanced action - effort and ease - we can & dissolve our physical, mental & energetic blocks and create a new level of openness, freedom and connection.

Grounding is crucial for healing. Relieve pain, stress and anxiety, gain focus and improve sleep in this experience that infuses the quiet of Yin Yoga with a conscious collection of somatic, eastern and energy medicine healing practices including Reiki, breath work, meditation, visualizations, self-acupressure, Thai massage inspired assists, aromatherapy, and sound bathing.

Evoke postures, practiced on the floor, and held for 5-15 minutes focus on the body’s fascial network as a sensory organ. These longer holds allow students to experience the richness of physical sensation in the course body. Followed by a substantial counterpose students are then guided to direct attention to the micro-sensory, subtle energy sensations of the body.

Through sacred stillness, this ‘sensitivity attunement’ heals by grounding the charge of the Central Nervous System which facilitates optimal parasympathetic health for profound and lasting physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

As a result your body is nourished, and energized, encouraging a free flow of chi, the 'life force' that often gets blocked or stagnant.








 
 

To be healthy, we need a balanced flow of charge moving through the body. We need to be able to generate charge when energy is required, to feel its pulsation and movement when we have it, and to calm it down when we have too much. We need to be able to harness its power to accomplish our goals.
